The insulation is in, electrical done and the plastering completed.. Thanks Johnny for the help with this. Also a great idea to put the ceiling insulation in as we are installing the ceiling, one less thing to do later!
Oh yeah…. what a wonderfully warm furry blanket these rooms are wrapped in… R6.0 and about 26cm thick in the ceiling, R2.7 in the walls, and R2.5 under the floor!
Ceiling fan mount installed, I think this piece of 15 ply LVL should do the trick..assuming the fan weighs less thank 750kg! 
Rooms ready for final sand and then undercoat.
Final update to come following the install of the new windows, wardrobes, paint and lighting.
