So the floor has set, and now its time to grind away the top layer of concrete to reveal the beautiful aggregate hiding bellow the surface.. As you can see, the floor looks pretty ordinary before the work starts..
But bring in this big dog, and it won’t be like it for long..

After the third, fourth and fifth pass…
Time to switch to the polishing pads! Now I’m not 100% sure when they did it, but at some point in the process the used the ground concrete to create a mortar that they then poured back into the tine pits and holes that were there after the first pass… I dunno when, but they a gone now.
